16th, A Co., Platoon No I [P10-P11] - Row 2 NCO search

Most of the NCOs on P6-P7 also appear on one of the Platoon photos P10-P49. 

By using facial recognition software to identify the same NCOs on P7 and the platoon photos allows us to narrow the identity search.

There are 6 NCOs listed as present on both P7 and P11 photographs - 6224 RSM Cheetham, 6239 Sgt Dunkley, 6242 CSM Farrell, 6310 Sgt Payne, 6320 Sgt Welch, 7281 RQMS Lyon.

2Lt Henriques (previously identified) sits @R2 L4 with 3 NCOs on either side. 

6366 CQMS P Darlington is present on P7 but marked as not present on P11.

All 6 NCOs that appear on P7 and P11 have been identified below using facial recognition:

6310 Sgt Payne @ P11 R2 L1 and 6320 Sgt Welch @ P11 R2 L7 have previously been identified.

This leaves 3 senior NCOs and one Sergeant unidentified at P11 R2 L6. By elimination the Sergeant must be 6239 Sgt Dunkley.

At P11 R2 L5 there is an NCO with a crown above 3-chevron stripes (see below).  This is probably 6242 CSM J T Farrell but has been left as undetermined awaiting further verification.

The 2 other unidentified senior NCOs wearing shirt & tie and Sam Browne belts at P011 R2 L2 and P011 R2 L3  are probably 6224 RSM Cheetham and 7281 RQMS Lyon. Again these have been left as undetermined awaiting further verification.
